• Any changes made to your telephone such as addition of T-1, DSL, Cable Telephone service, call-waiting, call-forwarding, call-intercept, etc. can affect your security/fire system.
• Area code changes may affect your security system.
  
• Your security system should be tested on a regular basis to ensure optimum functioning and to catch problems as soon as possible.
  
• Radio or cellular backup monitoring is recommended to all CWR customers because of various problems which may disable your phone line.
  

The phone number for the central station is 1-800-631-2299. If you would like an information sheet on how to test your system to central station please call the CWR office. If you prefer, CWR can conduct a full test and inspection of your system. Just call us and ask to be put on our test and inspection schedule.

Security technology has changed considerably over the last decade. If your system is several years old, it's time to update. New technology offers multiple advantages that we would be happy to discuss with you. A CWR representative can look at your system and determine what needs to be changed or enhanced to conform to the latest in security.

Central station monitoring greatly increases your security. If you must cancel your monitoring contract, however, we require 30 days written notice prior to the effective date of cancellation. Charges for monitoring will continue to incur until we receive written notification. Your fire system is monitored 24 hours a day even if you don't turn on your burglar alarm. If you need to make payment arrangements for your monitoring contract, please let us know. We care about our customers and will help in any way we can.

In addition to burglar and fire protection systems, CWR offers closed circuit television, various camera systems, computer networking, structured wiring/home automation, environmental monitoring, annual inspections, maintenance contracts, and bonuses for signed contracts from new customers you recommend to CWR.

Additional window/door decals and lawn signs are available upon request. Decals and lawn signs are a deterrent against intruders.
